Screw pile technology was chosen in object due to poor soil, very high groundwater level, object was constructed near lake.

Since existing house foundation in time was settled, and it was exposed to glissade due to steep terrain, in order to stop and protect it from collapsing, screw piles were assembled in soil part of house, on whom reinforced concrete support wall was places, which provided protection against glissade and collapsing, as well as concrete ladder were constructed on steep terrain, which were connected to screw piles, which were assembled under ladder .
