Specification of screw piles: Two blade screw pile, length 6m, screw pile square pile 80x80x5, steel mark S355J2H, blades d=350mm, thickness 10mm, steel mark S355

Number of screw piles: 48 pieces.

Designers load on screw pile: 15t  (150Kn)

characteristics of object:

Screw pile technology was chosen in object due to poor soil, very high groundwater level.

In object in depth of 4m peat layer embedded with high groundwater level, after pile as-semblance, concrete foundation was constructed in top of them,on whom partial house floors were concreted, partial floor construction was made from wood. The only equipment, able to move in object, was mini excavator, because bigger equipment sank in peat layer.
