Characteristics of object:

Screw pile technology was used in object due to peat layer that embeds in soil layer approximately in depth of 3m-4m, and high level of groundwater.

Screw piles upper part was connected with wired concrete monolithic slab, on which building walls, car parking lots were constructed.
